Garden Views Apartment offers a central location, and a modern accommodation for up to 4 persons.

The apartment has a spacious living room with sitting area and sofa-bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare your breakfast, or your favorite meal.

Cancellation policy

  • No deposit is required for last minute bookings (1 day or less in advance).
  • For bookings made more than 1 day prior to the actual arrival prices and apartment availability will be guaranteed when a 20% deposit payment is received and confirmation is issued. The preferred way of paying the deposit is via PayPal or bank’s transfer.
  • The deposit should be paid promptly, usually no longer than 3 days from the receipt of the payment request.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are subject to a loss of the 20% deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are subject to a loss of 100% payment. The apartment owners will send a payment request via Paypal and require you to kindly pay the outstanding balance promptly.
  • Two methods of payment are accepted: a 20% deposit payment before arrival via PayPal or bank’s transfer and a 80% payment on arrival by cash in Euros. We can't hold your reservation until the deposit is paid.
