The Small Carpathian Wine Route is the only marked wine route and lives up to Western European standards, allowing you to follow marked trails for day long, or even longer hikes during which you can stop and rest in the quaint accommodations offed in the local villages. There is a 50 km long asphalt bicycle route for those who'd like to discover the wine route on bikes.
