Enjoyed our stay in this apartment. A very small area for improvement would be in the bedding, where the sheet was too small for the size of the bed and the pillows are very thin. I bought an extra pillow which was much better. Other than that would have been 10/10. Keep up the good work!!

We didn't stay at the Senior baby apartment so I hope you make sure my comments are not attributed to that apartment. We stayed in one of the junior apartments. We have only two minuses - I had to email just before we left Australia to ask for our confirmation email. It then arrived. And in the apartment it is not a particularly comfortable sofa. However, generally speaking it was a great experience and I could not speak highly enough of the help and attention we received from Monika Bakos. Thank you again.

The staff have been wonderful through the whole experience of booking the hotel, arriving late at night and organising transfers both to and from the airport. You made the stay in Budapest so easy; it was very much appreciated.

The apartment was clean and comfortable thank you. As we arrived late in the evening it would however have been nice to have found just a bit of tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen so we could have at least made a drink on arrival. This would not cost you very much but would make the arrival more welcoming.

great place to stay

Thank you very much. Lovely big, clean, modern apartment. Very convenient for Wizzair transfer, metro and both Pest and Buda. It would have been nice to have the bin emptied and dry towels during our stay, but I'm sure if we'd asked this would have been done. Other than that great value for money and will recommend to friends and family.

"Our" apartment at Town Hall was ideal for our needs, comfortable, well appointed and run, near centre of Pest and Opera House,with food shops very near + very efficient staff. My only comment would be that noise from other apartments might be a problem in summer with windows open, and the sound insulation between floors isn't great, but I know I am sensitive to noise.

You guys are fantastic. The only thing that was missing from the apartment was a broom and maybe a couple extra pots and pans.
