Great location.Nice, clean, silent.Rooms were very clean and comfortable.Kitchen were impressively equipped - with fridge, water boiler (plus instant coffee and tea), microwave, coffee maker, stove and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, all the basic kitchen cutlery. There is 24/7 market within 300 meters. There were lots of good restaurants within a kilometer.very close to Deak square and metro.

The only equipment gliche we had was the faulty A/C unit that could not be repaired. We chose not to move to another apartment.
We have stayed in apartments in London, Paris and Rome. Your apartment - with the airport transportation covered - was by far the best - especially value. I wish I had an apartment like this in NY City - similar location. The design and location of the Town Hall APT are perfect.
We really felt like residents of a Budapest neighborhood.
We will absolutely look to EuropeNet first for any future lodging (eg Barcelona).

Excellent in every way. Edina is extremely helpful, friendly and professional -that is not quite common a package! The location of the apartments is great -better than any five star hotel in Budapest can offer. The apartments were fine and very clean, too. I have to think hard to find any room for improvement. Well, the sofa in apartment no 601 is horrendously uncomfortable to sit in (but then I chose not to sit in it).
Surely I will recommend you to everyone and come back whenever I return to Budapest.

This was one of 4 apartments that we stayed in on our recent visit to Europe and it was faultless. We only had contact with Gabriella, not Frank, but she was lovely. Very helpful. The apartment was so clean and modern, and in a really central part of the city. We had come from Prague where we had had a bad experience with our apartment, so this was a pleasant time for us. It was everything very fine. The apartment was clean and had everything we could need. For a couple it's perfect!
As we were with our 1 year old baby, one thing could be better. The curtains didn't allow the room to get really dark. So, when a baby wakes up on the middle of the night and realizes that he is not in his house, it's difficult to put him back to sleep again. That is the only thing to concern. The rest was perfect.

Everything was really nice clean and what so ever. There were only small things which bothered us like that some (in fact 3) light bulbs were burned out, and the wireless LAN was not accessible all the day, or it had only very weak signal.

Excellent location, spacious well-equipped apartment, friendly staff and good value for money. However, the bedding and towels were perhaps not of the highest quality - the pillow was rather on the thin side.

- 30 Hungarian TV stations, only CNN and 1 German stationfor foreign visitors.
- Better information on the heating system from the start would've been nice ("always leave on the bathroom heating").
- All in all: great apartment, friendly & competent staff.
