How long have you been dealing with self-catering apartments?
I’ve been in this business 3 years.
Could you please introduce your team in a few words?
This young, progressively developing company was been established recently, on 5.1.2005. Our goal is to provide a complete service and give special care to clients who are looking for accommodation in the historical heart of Prague on every professional level. For sure we prefer quality than quantity.

Copartner: DavidHosek 15.09. 1975
Both of us have always been pedants and try to do everything in a perfect way. All of our energy and wits are concentrated on one thing and we always want to do in the best way. These days our project is focused on Lovely Apartments and activities connected with it. We both hope that our expanded energy will bring desirable a effect.
We offer professional care and service. We also fulfill all of our words we had promise to our business partners.
Where do your guests come from?
All over the world.
Do you have returning guests?
yes we do.
How important is guest satisfaction to you?
That is for as most important of course. You never know how bad the situation in business travel can be. And satisfied guests means they come back and it can rescue the company.
What future plans do you have?
We would like to buy one or two houses in the city center and build up luxury an aparthotel, with friendly prices (not lower priced, like most hotels are).
Please recommend some favorite places in the city that visitors shouldn’t miss!
President castle, Charles bridge, astronomical clock, gardens of Prague castle. And some specialty that not much tourists know: Troja castle, Vrbovska garden (one of the most beautiful baroque gardens in Europe), Petrin watch tower (best view of Prague with many attractions around).
Do you have an office, where you receive guests?
Central point for all incoming quests is at our 24h open recepcion in ResidenceLa Prague (Vodickova 37).
How do you measure guest satisfaction?
We feel that our clients should feel like being at home in a very luxurious place and they should receive great service connected with it. We know that market for accommodation is glutted with ordinary hotels and flats so we would like to be different, we want to provide great quality apartments, great service and also provide special care for our clients.

What services, shops or restaurants are there in the neighborhood of the apartment?
Just next to our residence is one very nice newly opened shopping center (Galerymysak). 20m from our Aparthotel is extensive shopping center: Marks and Spencer, Debenhams. Very popular and delicate restaurants: Lamborghini Cafe, Bellevue Restaurant, Brasserie M and Brazilian Ambiente.

What do you think is the main advantage of self-catering apartments as opposed to hotels?
More space, better price than hotel, complete privacy. Also depends on the kind of apartment. As you can find very bad hotels so you can fine very bad apartments too. But if you plan to stay longer term it is better to choose a nice luxury apartment (like we offer ) to get more space and feel like home. Especially for groups of 4 people or more!
Last words:
All of our apartments are chosen with maximum attention and with respect to satisfy the most exacting clients. Presently we offer very luxurious apartments in the very interesting historical area of Langhans in the centre, just a couple of meters from Wencelas square.
