How will I get the keys? Regarding the check in procedure, the client will have to call the contact person (number is written on the confirmation), once the guest arrives at Rome’s airport, in order to arrange an appointment at the apartment’s address. A communication is very important, otherwise no one will be waiting for guests at the apartment. Few days before arrival a clients are kindly asked to inform the contact person about their estimated arrival time in Rome.

Location
The Caelian Hill is one of the oldest and charming quarters of Rome, characterized by an authentic and relaxed style of life, and this self catering apartment in Rome is ideally located for sightseeing tours and excursions in the archaeological areas, with two beautiful parks, Villa Celimontana and Parco del Colle Oppio, on its doorstep! The area is well served by the A and B line of the metro, buses and trams are available for all directions. There are lovely roman resturants for all budgets, pubs, markets and shops of any kind.
The apartment's central position permits one to visit the Fountain of Trevi, Coliseum, Imperial Forums, Campo dei Fiori, the National Museum, piazza Venezia, the Pantheon on foot.
Other sights such as Spanish Steps (Piazza di Spagna), piazza del Popolo, Vatican are just a short metro or bus ride away.
It is hard not to be impressed by the historic and architectural grandeur of Rome’s major churches as Santa Maria Maggiore, dating to 315 AD, the cathedral of Rome Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano, which was the first papal seat before the creation of the Vatican, San Pietro in Vincoli that hosts one of Michelangelo’s masterpieces, the Moses. Basilica S.Clemente - the remains of ancient Roman dwellings and a 4th-century church below the upper church of San Clemente are among Rome’s most intriguing subterranean sights. All this gems are located in 5-10 minutes walking from the apartment.
Description
This bright Roman apartment is located on the fourth floor with elevator of a typical Roman building dating back to the 1800 and consists of a master bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with four single beds, then there's the third bedroom with a king size bed (180x220) and another single bed (90x220).
The rooms have large windows, so that plenty of natural light pours in.The fully equipped kitchen has a four burner gas stove, a microwave oven, cofee maker, refrigerator and washing machine.
There's a nice bathroom which has a bath and shower and a second private W.C. with handbasin and bidet. Pleasant and comfortable, this apartment also includes a security door and independent heating. It is 120 sq meters large and can accommodate up to 9 people.

15 days before arrival, failure to do so will lead to the fee 20 EUR being charged to your credit card by the hotel.
15 to 7 days before arrival, failure to do so will lead to the fee 1 night stay being charged to your credit card by the hotel.
7 days to 48 hours to arrival, failure to do so will lead to the 50% of the total price, being charged to your credit card by the hotel.
48 hours before arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW the total ammount will be charged to your credit card.
