How will I get the keys? Regarding the check in procedure, the client will have to call the contact person (number is written on the confirmation), once the guest arrives at Rome’s airport, in order to arrange an appointment at the apartment’s address. A communication is very important, otherwise no one will be waiting for guests at the apartment. Few days before arrival a clients are kindly asked to inform the contact person about their estimated arrival time in Rome.

It is hard not to be impressed by the historic and architectural grandeur of Rome’s major churches as Santa Maria Maggiore, dating to 315 AD, the cathedral of Rome Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano, which was the first papal seat before the creation of the Vatican, San Pietro in Vincoli that hosts one of Michelangelo’s masterpieces, the Moses. Basilica S.Clemente - the remains of ancient Roman dwellings and a 4th-century church below the upper church of San Clemente are among Rome’s most intriguing subterranean sights.

This bright self-catering apartment is 90 sqm large and is divided on two floors. Entering the apartment you will find yourself in a large living room with a kitchen complete with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and an oven. The kitchen area has a big gorgeous table seating 8 people, dating back to the 1800, two couches that can sleep 2 people, and two big windows.
Next to the living room there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bathroom containing a bathtub. The second floor is an open space with a double bed, complete with closet and a seating-area that can be turned into two single beds and the second bathroom with a shower.
The whole building externally and internally has undergone a complete restoration. The apartment itself has been re-furnished with the help of an interior designer.

7 days to 48 hours to arrival, failure to do so will lead to the 50% of the total price, being charged to your credit card by the hotel.
48 hours before arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW the total ammount will be charged to your credit card.
