Apartment's cancellation policy

  • Pilve Apartment Hotel is not responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays.
  • Cancellation of the booking at least 14 (fourteen) days before the arrival of the advance shall be returned in full.
  • 3 to 13 (thirteen) days prior to arrival, the customer must pay a cancelation charge of 40% of the total accommodation.
  • If the customer cancels 0 to 48 hours before the confirmed booking date, the customer must pay 100% of the total booking fee.
  • Pilve Apartment Hotel retains the right to deduct from your credit card any fees under the terms of these conditions.
  • If an advance booking of 40% has been paid by bank transfer of the total accommodation fees, and cancels up to 48 hours prior to arrival, the customer shall be liable for and invoiced for the additional 60%.
  • In order to avoid any expenses accrued from a cancelled trip we advise you to buy proper travel insurance.
  • Important: The minimum age for making reservations is 18.
