How long have you been dealing with self-catering apartments?
Two years.
Could you please introduce your team in a few words?
Our whole team is comprised of 6 people. This includes the most important
members, my housekeeping staff! These guys keep the apartments in top
condition and ensure everything is perfect for our guests.
What services are available to your guests?
Bratislava Residences will cater to pretty much any guest requirement. The
most common services we provide are airport transfers and the provision of
food packages in the apartments.
Why do guests choose to come to your apartments?
Because we offer value for money with very good standard apartments in the
best locations, plus a friendly and professional service.
Where do your guests come from?
All over the World, from the UK to Australia.
Do you have returning guests?
We do. Especially business travellers.
How important is guest satisfaction to you?
Guest satisfaction is the most important thing to us. We enjoy seeing our
guests happy and also get a lot of business from returning customers or
referrals.
What future plans do you have?
We will slowly increase the number of apartments we have to offer guests.
Please recommend some favorite places in the city that visitors shouldn’t
miss!
I always recommend that guest visit Bratislava’s “TV Tower”. You can enjoy
amazing panoramic views of the city and the countryside from the revolving
restaurant at the top. But make sure you go on a clear day otherwise all
you will see is clouds!
Do you have an office, where you receive guests?
We meet guests at the apartment that they are staying in. That way we can
show the guest around and answer any questions they have about the
apartment and Bratislava.
How do you measure guest satisfaction?
We ask for guest comments via e-mail, but our guests generally give us
verbal feed back when we meet them. We also appreciate the occasional
“thank you” bottle of wine or chocolates that we receive 
What services, shops or restaurants are there in the neighborhood of the
apartment?
All our apartments have been chosen because they are centrally located with
food shops, restaurants and cafes/bars very close at hand.
How do you say “Welcome to (city) in (language)”? ex: “Welcome to Tallinn
in Estonian?”

What do you think is the main advantage of self-catering apartments as
opposed to hotels?
Hotels can be very expensive in Bratislava so the main advantage of an
apartment is value for money - more space, more comfort, less money!
